VFW 125 Legacy Race

The VFW 125 Legacy Race on October 19th, 2024, at Buckeye Woods Park in Medina, Ohio brought together participants to honor the VFW's 125-year legacy. The event featured a 2.5-mile Dash, a 5-mile Friendly, and the intense 10-mile Smoker. A special shoutout to Bob Blessinger who tackled the 10-mile Smoker is 2 hours and 48 minutes. This challenging event required participants to compete four 2.5-mile laps, with each lap consisting of 125 reps of exercises.
